Om Five-minute core burn

Welcome to our core burn session! In just five minutes, we're going to engage in a series of exercises designed to strengthen and tone our core muscles. Each exercise will last for forty seconds, followed by a twenty-second rest period before moving on to the next exercise. Remember, if any exercise feels too challenging, feel free to modify it to suit your own fitness level.
